Introduction
A teacher is a person who not only knows the subject which he/she teaches but also has the ability to impart it efficiently. The purpose of language lab is to motivate the student-teacher to acquire the knowledge of communication. English is an international language that is why better English leads to better life. In our institution we established Language Laboratory from 8 Nov. 2014 .
Objectives:
- To enable the student-teacher to acquire language proficiency.
- To acquire the knowledge about phonetics, like sound, rhymes, intonation, phonetic transcriptions etc.
- To make effective use of communicative techniques like pair/groups work in teaching English.
- To motivate the student teacher as well as students belonging to other institutions to learn the global language.
